Barbara Kwiatkowska was an employee of the Department of Anthropology at the University of Wrocław for many years. Since 2009 she has been working at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Scienes in the Department of Anthrolopogy. Her main interest are studies of historical populations in the particular the medieval population of Wrocław and its vicinity. She Deal with the assessment of skeletal morphological structure, living conditions and research in the field of paleopathology. She i salso a specialist of forensic facial reconstuction of indivuduals based on skulls and full-plastic reconstructions created for exhibitions and museum purposes.
